My Start menu suddenly moved to the right side of my PC. It was on the bottom, where I would like to have it. How can I get it back there?

1).I have an issue that I have never experienced before. My "start menu" at the bottom of my screen had randomly and suddenly moved to the complete right side of the screen, and I can't figure out why it moved or what I did to have made that happen

2).Do this first. Turn monitor off, count to 10, turn back on. If the problem remains, drag the Start menu to the bottom left corner of the screen.
